ELEV8 Aviation Is Hiring — A&P Mechanic ✈️
ELEV8 Aviation is growing, and we’re looking for an A&P Mechanic to join our team at Gulf Shores International Airport.
This is more than a traditional A&P position. The right candidate will have the opportunity to help build ELEV8’s in-house maintenance program as we continue to grow our fleet and aircraft management operation.
Responsibilities include:
• Performing scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance on ELEV8 and managed aircraft
• Troubleshooting squawks and maintaining accurate, compliant maintenance records
• Developing and managing ELEV8’s maintenance program, including tracking, scheduling, and procedures
• Coordinating with Cirrus, outside maintenance providers, parts suppliers, and vendors
• Helping develop the systems and processes that will support ELEV8’s growing aircraft management and maintenance operation
Qualifications:
• FAA A&P certificate required
• General aviation maintenance experience preferred
• Cirrus SR20/SR22 experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the maintenance operation
