A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our first The Anxious Generation discussion! The conversation was insightful, thoughtful, and a wonderful reminder of the value of coming together as parents to learn from one another.

We are especially grateful to our Mental Health Coordinator, Assistant Superintendent, and Wellness Committee representative for taking the time to participate in the discussion. Their presence and contributions added tremendous value to the conversation and reinforced the importance of working together as a community to support student well-being.

Missed our first meeting? Don't worry, it's not too late to jump in! We'd love for you to join us on September 9 @ Isla Wine Shop as we continue through Chapters 5-8. Fresh perspectives are always welcome, and there is a seat at the table for everyone.

Looking forward to exploring this book together and continuing to have meaningful conversations!

Parents, don't forget!

Tomorrow morning, right after school drop-off (8:00ish at Isla Wine Shop), we'll be discussing Chapters 1-4 of The Anxious Generation.

This book is sparking important conversations about childhood, technology, mental health, and parenting in today's world. Come share your thoughts, hear different perspectives, and connect with other parents who are navigating many of the same challenges.

Read it, listen to it, or simply come ready to learn and discuss.
