At Chabad Kaplan Preschool, a story can lead to drawing and early writing. A sensory activity strengthens little hands while encouraging exploration and problem-solving. Outdoor play brings children together to experiment, create, and cooperate. Jewish learning becomes meaningful through hands-on experiences, and group time builds language, listening, friendship, and a sense of belonging.

This is what learning through play looks like. Each experience connects to another, helping children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically while having fun along the way.

What a wonderful first day at Chabad Kaplan Preschool! 🌱

Today was filled with new beginnings, happy reunions, new friendships, exploration, play, and so many little moments of discovery. We are excited to begin the 2026–27 school year and look forward to watching each child grow in confidence, independence, curiosity, and connection throughout the year.

We are especially grateful for our caring and dedicated teachers who create the warm, nurturing environment that helps children feel comfortable, supported, and ready to learn.

Books have a special place in our classroom at Chabad Preschool. They spark meaningful conversations and give children the opportunity to wonder, ask questions, build vocabulary, connect with characters, and explore new ideas together.

Through stories, children strengthen comprehension, express emotions, and make connections to their own lives. One simple book can open the door to so much learning.

At Chabad Kaplan Preschool, learning extends beyond the classroom. Each week, our children enjoy enriching experiences like yoga, music, and creative movement that build coordination, confidence, self-expression, and a lifelong love of learning.
