To all my former students, remember in our class when we talked about Buyer Broker Agreements? I have always been an advocate of these. Now NAR will require all Realtors working with buyers have a signed Buyer Broker Agreement before showing property.

Probably the last class I’ll teach at our 320 W. Government St. location. 18 years of classes taught there! This group closed it out successfully by all passing their exam. Congratulations to them all!
