To all my former students, remember in our class when we talked about Buyer Broker Agreements? I have always been an advocate of these. Now NAR will require all Realtors working with buyers have a signed Buyer Broker Agreement before showing property.

Our current class. Only 4 students. Sometimes I make an exception to my 5 student minimum when I think it’s in the best interests of those enrolled.

Thanks to Coldwell Banker Pensacola for the generous use of their conference room to teach these classes. It’s a really nice facility.
