This is more than a self defense program and is a nonprofit program.
Special Thanks to our first Team member Mike Dwyer. Those that know Mike also know there are so many complimentary thoughts that come to mind that a separate post will be needed. We will say however, we are glad to have his wisdom , knowledge and guidance on our board as we kick off this new program.

Reminder: today's kids classes have been switched to a costume game day at 5pm!!
No adult class tonight regular schedule resumes Saturday!!

In the spirit of Halloween tomorrow will be an all ages game day from 5pm to 545pm in place of kids 4pm and 5pm bjj classes. Kids are welcome to wear thier costumes as well
No adult evening class tomorrow.

As the shoreline school year has now officially started we at XMA are now officially back to our fall schedule. The fall/winter schedule is as follows:

The fall schedule for kids classes starts Tuesday, September 2. Kids BJJ No-gi will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Ages 9-14: 4:15-5:00 pm, Mondays and Wednesdays BJJ Gi, Tuesdays and Thursdays BJJ No-Gi
Ages 4-9: 5:00-5:45 pm, Mondays and Wednesdays BJJ Gi, Tuesdays and Thursdays BJJ No-Gi
All ages: 10:00-10:45 am, Saturdays BJJ
