Heads up--Smokin Babes BBQ is back!! For the 3rd season and better each year we will be Smoking Brisket, Pulled Pork, Ribs and Brats every Thursday to be ready by noon on Fridays. Choice of sides of Green Chili Mac n cheese, Smoked Potato Salad, Beans or Cheesy Corn Bread. Order ahead or stop in and enjoy the wonderful smells and flavors.

We are taking orders for beef once again. The delivery date is approx July 10th and we need your reservations for 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef before we take them to process. Call Dana 517-420-8596 or send an email for questions and reservations.

What a weekend we all had in our great little burg. The car show was a success and enjoyed many from near and far. What a great beginning for the summer in Guffey. Thank you to all that worked so hard to make a great event. You should stop in and see the progress made on the Community Garden, Stacy and many volunteers have really made this begin to happen. Also, check out the Plant sale!

Coming up this weekend, Smokin Babes BBQ will be serving up a great selection of smoked goodies. Brisket, Pulled Pork, Ribs and tasty smoked sausages. Enjoy our Green Chili Mac n Cheese or Smoked Potato Salad as part of your platter.

Our Saturday Mama Dana's Italian Dinner will begin with fresh salad or our Loaded Baked Potato soup, then choose between a Smoked Stuffed Pork Chop with creamy Risotto or Tuscan Salmon with a side of fresh pasta in a light cream sauce. We will be ending with a beautiful chocolate dome cake. We hope you will join us to enjoy this tasty dinner, let us know and we will make sure to save a dinner just for you.

Fresh fried Donuts on Sunday morning have been a real hit, Fruit filled Long Johns, glazed yeast or fluffy cake donuts await your enjoyment. Of course our Breakfast Buffet will be full and inviting from 8-12noon and then we move on outdoors for Burgers and Brats with French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries or Onion Rings from 12-3pm.

Well Happy Wednesday to all! January is getting finished up and we are working on our spring projects already. Can't wait till we can have more sunshine than not each day.

This Saturday at Mama Dana's we will be celebrating Lasagna, with your choice of Traditional or Seafood Lasagna awaiting your enjoyment. We will be starting with soup or salad, bread and finishing with a Lemon Curd filled Lemon Cake. Let us know you are joining us and we will make sure to save your dinner for you.

Even though we don't have our Breakfast Buffet during the winter, we still serve a big selection of breakfast items all day. How about a Strawberry Cream Stuffed French Toast this week? Come in and get yours this Sunday.

Make your reservations early for our special Valentines Dinner on Sunday February 18th at 5pm, featuring Super Chuck entertaining us. Stuffed Quail or Seafood Broil to choose from.

I love the January thaw! Anything above 30 degrees in January is beautiful for me and this weekend is going to prove a wonderful few days.

This Saturday's Mama Dana's Italian menu will begin with your choice of soup or salad, Bread, and Shrimp Scampi or Chicken Marsala both with a bed of fresh handmade Pasta noodles. Each dinner is made to order just for you. We will be finishing the dinner with a Custard filled Italian pastry, topped with your choice of Caramel, Raspberry or Chocolate drizzle. We sure hope you will join us for a fresh homemade dinner and great company.

We have many great tasty items filling our Bakery case, but this Sunday I will be making Apple Fritters, so make sure you come in early to make sure to get yours.

Make sure to put Sunday February 18th at 5pm on your calendar for an exceptional Valentines Dinner here at the Guffey Bakery. Entertainment will be featuring Super Chuck. Dinner will be a choice of Stuffed Quail or a Cajun Seafood Broil. all the great sides and bread with a fancy Valentine dessert. Reservations are requested to assure we have enough food prepared for all.

Happy Wednesday! The holidays are over and the new year begins and we have lots of new things beginning at the Bakery. Starting this weekend our case will have Homemade Gourmet candies available by the piece, the pound or special assortment boxes. These would make a great Valentines gift or just for that special moment. Come in and check it out.

This Saturdays Mama Dana's menu will include oxtail soup or salad and your choice of Chicken or Eggplant Parmesean, Sauteed Pork Medallions or traditional spaghetti and meatballs. Then we will be finishing with Sospiri cakes. let us know if you are joining us.

Come on in and check out all the goodies in the Bakery case or enjoy breakfast or lunch. Our Sunday Family Dinner will be Shepards Pie from 12n-3pm.

Good evening to all. Can't believe we are halfway thru the week again! But we are looking forward to a busy weekend coming up.

Saturday's Mama Dana's menu will be starting with a salad or Cheese Tortellini soup and Potato Focaccia bread. Then choose between Pork Medallions with roasted Spinach & Stuffed grape tomatoes with Creamy Parmesan Mashed Potatoes. Or Sirloin Steak with warm Spinach Mushroom Vinaigrette over Farfalle Pasta and finishing with the favorite, Tiramisu for dessert. Let us know what time you will be joining us.

On Sunday we will be continuing with our new Sunday Family Dinner from
12-3pm. This week will feature Chicken n Dumplings with Homemade egg noodles, roasted carrots, dinner rolls and a slice of Apple Pie.

Then we would like to honor all of our Veterans. So from 11-1pm on Monday The Bakery will be giving all Veterans a free lunch. Yep, come on in and get either a Pulled Pork or Chicken Salad sandwich and chips, on us as a thank you for your service.

Well Happy Thursday to all. It sure is nice to have a couple of dry days?? That is hard to say here in Colorado, but a bit of a relief just the same. More rain coming this weekend to keep us from getting dried out, huh?

Don't forget our Mexican Buffet from 4-7pm on Fridays and this Saturdays menu brings a few new items. We start off with our Italian Bean soup or a salad, bread and your choice of Tuscan Ribs with Polenta or a Mushroom Ragu with Italian Sausage on fresh Pasta. And we are combining 2 dessert favorites for a stunning Tiramisu Cheesecake tp finish up. Let us know if you would like to join us and we will save some food for you.

Mark the date... our next Steak night will be Sunday August 15th from 3-6pm.. Mark will be back to grill your prime Ribeye steak to perfection. I will need to know by Thursday eve in order to go select the perfect steaks.

Hello to you on a rainy day in the Mountains. 🙂 Makes some pretty flowers for sure. This weekend we have alot happening at the Bakery. Starts with Friday Mexican Buffet from 4-7pm, Enjoy a selection of tasty treats to include fresh corn chips n salsa, soft and hard shell tacos with all the fixins, Chicken Enchilada Casserole, Beans, Mexican rice, and finishing with a chocolate torte for dessert.
Saturday's Mama Dana's menu will start with a salad and bread. Then a choice of Italian Sausage on a bed of fresh spaghetti pasta with marinara sauce or Penne pasta and roasted chicken breasts topped with a cheesy Rose sauce. And of course ending with dessert, an Italian pastry cream roll cake.
And Prime Steaks are back! Sunday from 3-6 pm our Grill Master Mark will be grilling up either T-Bone or Ribeye steaks just for you. We need to know by Thursday afternoon if you will be joining us for our Sunday Dinner so I can pick out a steak especially for you. This will be after regular hours, so you are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or other adult beverage with you to enjoy with your dinner.

Happy Holiday Weekend early. Yep, it is officially the beginning of summer. The Bakery's summer hours begin this weekend, starting with Monday 8-3pm. The new hours will be Thurs, Sunday & Monday 8-3pm and Friday & Saturday 8-6pm. So you will have that many more days to come in and get some sweet treats.

This Saturday's Mama Dana's menu will feature LASAGNA! Three varieties for your choices, Seafood, Traditional Many Layered and Vegetarian. We will start with Minestrone soup or Salad, your choice of entree, bread and finish with either Chocolate or Cranberry Walnut Biscotti for dessert.

Make sure to let us know that you will be joining us for dinner, to ensure we prepare enough for all.
