If you plan to show a lamb at the Texas Majors and/or county, tag orders will be due August 25th. Major tags are $30 and county only tags are $15. You may turn in your order at the livestock meeting on the 25th. If not, please see Mrs. Dorman.

Our elementary playground is top notch for our littlest Greyhounds and is being recognized state wide!

⭐️Culture Wins⭐️

Gruver elementary school has a brand new playground AND an elementary sized football field, complete with turf, football lines and the school logo at midfield.

Because apparently recess needed a home field advantage.
And honestly? We’re here for it.
This is the kind of investment that deserves to be bragged about all across the state.

Start them young.
Build the culture early.

We are incredibly proud of our 2nd-place finish in 2025–26, but our Greyhounds are motivated and ready to take the next step.

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) released the 2026 A–F Accountability Ratings today, and we are proud to announce that Gruver ISD earned an A rating with an overall score of 94!

This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our students, teachers, and staff across the district.
