This is officially the last post for Grundy High School!

Some places are more than buildings.

They are the backdrop of our childhoods, the keeper of our memories, and the place where generations learned, laughed, cheered, cried, and grew.

Today, we say goodbye to Grundy High School.

For 102 years, the Golden Wave was more than blue and gold—it was family, tradition, pride, and home. Though these halls will grow quiet, the memories made here will never fade, and the legacy of every student, teacher, coach, and graduate will live on forever.

It's hard to say goodbye to a place that gave us so much.

But while this chapter comes to an end, our story continues.

As we open the doors to Southern Gap High School, we carry with us the heart of the Golden Wave and the hopes of generations before us.

Thank you, Grundy (Senior) High School.

You will always be home.

CONGRATULATIONS to Keyston Hartford who will be furthering his Cross Country, Track & Academic Career at University of Virginia. His family, coaches and friends gathered Tuesday for his ceremonial signing and to celebrate him!

Anyone who ordered a yearbook needs to stop by the school ASAP and get it. Can pick it up on 16th, 17th or 18th between the hours of 8:30-2:30 in GHS front office. We have several who have not picked theirs up.

CONGRATULATIONS KEYSTON!!

Congratulations to Keyston Hartford on his winning the VASWCD Education Foundation state scholarship. Keyston had previously won the Big Sandy Soil & Water Conservation District’s scholarship. We are very proud of Keyston and all of his accomplishments.

⭐️Ladies Tennis Update⭐️

Kate and Claire are the Region 1-D Doubles Runner-up!

They fought hard and we are super proud of them!
