We are thrilled to celebrate our schools recognized through the California PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) Statewide Recognition System for their outstanding commitment to creating positive, safe, caring, and inclusive learning environments for all students.

Congratulations to our Platinum Recognition recipients—the highest level of PBIS recognition:

Our beloved custodian, Mr. Mike, passed away unexpectedly this week. In his honor we had Black & Blue (his favorite colors) and Backwards Hat Day. Our students and Dragon families showed up💙🖤🧢

I am SO EXCITED to share that once again, Grover Heights was awarded PLATINUM for our PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports) work during the '25-26 school year!!!
We are one of 5 schools in the county to receive platinum recognition...this year we are joined by Nipomo High and Mesa Middle School---it's exciting to have other schools in our district at the top👊
Way to go, team!!
We'll plan a schoolwide celebration for next week 🩶💙

So happy to have welcomed back 24 former Dragons during their "Walk of GRADitude"! These students are graduating from AGHS and we loved welcoming them back to Grover Heights and hearing about their future plans. We are so proud!

We spent a wonderful evening showering these two with love and well wishes ❤️. Congratulations Sally and Gary.... We are so happy for your retirement, but we'll miss you greatly... 🍿Last night our PTA hosted PJs and Popcorn movie night at the Fair Oaks theater... What a perfect way to spend a stormy night! Thank you, Grover Heights PTA💙🐲
🏆 Today our amazing custodian, Mr. Mike, was recognized with a Lucia Mar Unified School District employee spotlight award. We appreciate Mr. Mike every single day for the big and small things he does to keep our campus in tip-top shape. Congrats, Mike!
