The Show Ski School

We're honored to host The Groveland Homecoming celebrating Nick's recovery while supporting the Shepherd Center's Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Program. Come ski, watch, reconnect with friends, and enjoy a weekend together. We hope to see you in October.

We started 2026 on top of the world. Flyman was growing, the season ahead felt full of possibility and we couldn’t wait to get on the water.

Then, in a single moment, life shattered us.

Since Nick’s spinal cord injury, Shepherd Center’s Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Program has helped him rebuild strength, independence and hope—one therapy session and one hard-earned milestone at a time.

Now we want to help that program do the same for others.

Join us October 16–18 as our ski community comes together for The Groveland Homecoming—a weekend of competition, music and fun benefitting the program that has helped Nick get this far. 💚

We had skiers from Shawano Ski Sharks )who also graciously donated a boat and use of their site for the day), Waupaca Chain Skiers , Waterboard - Warriors , and Webfooters Water Ski Show Team !

We definitely battled the wind but we made do and had some good successes!

What an incredible week in Sweden 🇸🇪.

Huge thank you to Team Sweden for trusting us with a week of coaching, learning, and building together.

From jump, doubles, pyramids and barefoot to the stage work and team development, boat patterns, timing, confidence, and all the little details that make a show stronger — this was a special experience from the moment we landed until the time we left.

A beautiful country, hospitality that was off the charts and energy from this group made the trip unforgettable.

Thank you, Team Sweden and All of families that made this trip one I will always remember. We can’t wait to see where you take it from here. 🇸🇪

Waupaca Chain Skiers ‼️ Thank you SO MUCH for having us! This was our first true FULL show ski clinic!

George and Faith worked with the Chain Skiers over the course of 4 days. Not only did they get the jump, barefoot, and swivel clinics, but also a show critique and help during practices.

Aaron Schoelzel and Alice Jensen also came to help with boat patterns and the view from a judges perspective! So thank you to them for joining as well!

We are so excited to watch the improvement from now vs your state performance!

One year ago, they came to The Show Ski School.

This year we’re headed their way to work with the entire team. 🇸🇪
