Just a friendly reminder that each exhibitor MUST prepare a Buyer Thank You Letter 📝

Letter Requirements:
✔️ Addressed properly (To Buyer & From Exhibitor)
✔️ Use Business Letter Block format
✔️ May be typed or hand-written
✔️ Envelopes are NOT required
✔️ Be sure to include your buyer’s ADDRESS on the letter

⏰ Deadline:
All thank you letters must be turned in to the Fair Office by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 1, 2026

📍 Drop-Off Location:
Buyer letters can be placed in the Livestock Gate Parcel Box (see photos below!)

MEET THE JUDGE 🐮👨‍⚖️

Bryden Barber currently lives in Perkins, Oklahoma. He just recently graduated from Oklahoma State after obtaining his bachelors degree in animal science. Bryden originally is from Channing, Texas. Where he grew up on a diversified Hereford cattle operation in the Texas Panhandle. His family owns and operates Barber Ranch a very well known cattle operation throughout the Hereford breed and cattle industry. Currently Bryden is managing Carroll Cattle Company in Perkins, OK. A diversified cattle operation that aggressively utilizes embryo transfer programs to produce high quality show steers, angus, Simmental, and Maine genetics.
