BHR 18!!!

The date is SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 20th!!! We also have a NEW ENDING LOCATION which is the Mystic VFW located on Stonington Road in Mystic! THANK YOU to the Mystic VFW for welcoming us with open arms! The route has also changed to accomidate our new ending spot!

The ride will STILL start and leave from Ledyard High School.

We are STILL in NEED of sponsors... the cost of insurance, police coverage, food and all the other things has risen so we need sponsorship to be able to cover these costs. IF you would like to see your name, business or logo on our flyer PLEASE reach out! We have multiple levels of sponsorship, varying in dollar amounts, to give folks the opportunity to support if they have it in their hearts to do so.

Sponsorship is open to ANYONE! NOT JUST FOLKS IN CONNECTICUT! We have given care packages out to folks around the country and in more recent years down here in Virginia!

We are also looking for vendors who are interested in setting up at the registration portion of our event before the ride leaves LHS. The fee is only $25 to set up with the hopes that you will be able to benefit from your time at our event!

Hey everyone! Were excited to FINALLY share this years flyer for the 18th Babies Heart Run, Non Profit Organization's annual motorycle ride!

We appreciate everyones patience and understang as we faced some challenges with the planning of this years ride. Things had to be changed up a bit but were making it happen!

The date is SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 20th!!! NOT in July. We also have a NEW ENDING LOCATION which is the Mystic VFW located on Stonington Road in Mystic! THANK YOU to the Mystic VFW for welcoming us with open arms! The route has also changed to accomidate our new ending spot!

To be clear, the money that is raised the day of the ride is what goes to the care packages... all sponsorship money and money from merchandise sold goes to cover costs for the ride.

We realize it’s been a while since we’ve posted… life is very busy for everyone… with that said as we move into year 18 of the Babies Heart Run we are faced with some challenges for this years ride…

please be patient with us as we firm up the details for the day of the event which will be Sunday September 20th this year! We appreciate everyone’s support and can’t wait to see everyone’s faces for the 18th time in a couple months 🩷

13 years ago today Bella had her heart ablation surgery at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut… now she’ll be 17 in 2 weeks 🥲

I can’t even wrap my head around how fast time has just slipped away… so grateful for her health, her strength, her perseverance, her strong will, and her ability to always try to look for the good in adversity🙏🏽

Honor roll student, Junior class secretary, SGA member, Beta Club, cheer captain, volunteers for BHR, works part time AND runs her own small business…. She’s not even 17 yet… 👏🏼 proud and grateful everyday.

She is the reason this whole thing started…. We ride for the 17th time in July 🤙🏼

Wishing nothing but positivity and good vibes to all in this new year, 2026 🤘🏼See ya’ll in 205 days at BHR 18 🫣🙌🏼😎🥂
