I am always amazed that administration is befuddled about why kids don't come to school, especially since they doubled down on 'learning loss' .

Watching the documentary To Be Destroyed about book banning in South Dakota. A teacher was asked how do you respond to the accusation that you are not teaching, but indoctrinating.
He thought a moment and said
If I was doing that, all homework would be passed in on time and every student would be using deodorant daily.
