Today I took Kendall with me to Plymouth, MI for something a little different! ❤️

A family reached out because they “just wanted to have awareness in CPR.”

So they got some family members together, including their babysitters, and we had a private, hands-on CPR awareness session right in their home!

Afterward, we ate pizza, talked through more ER stories and personal experiences, answered questions, and let the kids play around with the CPR equipment — because even though they were playing, they were watching too! 👀❤️

This was Kendall’s SECOND class with me, and she even went home and told her mom that she learned something new today! 🥹

She’s got herself a little side hustle going with her Auntie now 😂🩷 Helping me spread awareness and teach something that I truly enjoy!

A huge thank you to the Herndon Family for welcoming us into your home today! 🫶🏼 We were so into the class, conversations, kids, and pizza that we didn’t stop to take a SINGLE picture. 🤦🏻‍♀️😩😂

CPR doesn’t always have to be about getting a certification for work. Sometimes it’s simply about a family saying, “We want to know what to do if something happens.”

And I LOVE that. ❤️

Honestly… I think THIS is the week everything finally kicked in. 👏🏼🩷

My personal NAD+ journey so far:

✨ Week 1: 50 mg NAD+ + glutathione
✨ Week 2: 50 mg NAD+ + B12
✨ Week 3: 100 mg NAD+

Andddd I learned my lesson. 😂 I probably jumped to 100 mg a little too soon.

I ended up with an absolutely HORRIBLE headache and nausea. Like 10/10, taking 2 Excedrin and telling myself, “If this doesn’t even start improving in 30 minutes, I’m walking next door to Beaumont Farmington Hills ER for a head CT.” 😅

So YES — I’m going back down to 50 mg for a few more weeks.

Apparently I should’ve followed the plan I WROTE IN MY OWN POLICY. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Here’s the actual NAD+ journey I’m offering:

🩷 Week 1: 50 mg — $45
🩷 Week 2: 50 mg — $45
🩷 Week 3: 50 mg — $45
🩷 Week 4: 75 mg — $60
