A new era of ULS football is off to a winning start.

The Knights opened the season — and their first game under new head coach Vincent Phillips Jr. — with a 28-14 victory over Bradford Academy. After a 6-6 tie at halftime, ULS came alive in the second half, led by three touchdowns from Shelby Jones, including a 45-yard TD run. The Knights’ defense shut out Bradford in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Read more in the Grosse Pointe News

Two ULS teams are in action today!

Girls Golf hit the course at 10 a.m. at Katke-Cousins Golf Course at Oakland University, while Varsity Field Hockey takes the field at home at 4:30 p.m. at Brock Field.

Knights win!

ULS Football kicked off the season with a victory, defeating Southfield Bradford Academy, 28-14, at home.

The Knights start the season 1-0. The team plays their next game on Thursday, September 3, at 4 p.m. against Mount Clemens High School.

Congratulations to the team on a strong opening-night win!

4-0 start for the Knights!

ULS Boys Soccer capped off a strong August with a 6-1 victory over Detroit Cristo Rey, improving to 4-0 on the season.

The Knights opened with a 3-2 scrimmage win over Grosse Pointe North before earning regular-season victories over Grosse Ile, Hillsdale Academy, Plymouth Christian Academy and Detroit Cristo Rey.

Next up: The Knights hit the road to take on Lumen Christi and Cabrini High School.

The defending state champs are ready for another run.

After capturing the 2025 Division 4 state championship, ULS boys tennis enters the new season with its sights set on going back-to-back.

“Our goal this year is to win back-to-back state titles,” Head Coach Mark Sobieralski said.

After a thrilling run to the Division 4 state championship game last season, ULS boys soccer is back and ready for another exciting season.

The Knights return a talented, experienced group led by seniors Ollie Cooley, Landon Wysocki and Brady Ancona, along with plenty of depth across the field.

“We’re very excited about the group we have coming back,” Head Coach David Dwaihy told the Grosse Pointe News.
