🎨 Do you have an artistically-inclined kiddo in grades 6-12? Alesia Lacina is leading a four-week sculptural mask-making class, just in time for spooky season! It's perfect for youth interested in sculpture, costume design, or character building.

👺 Students will learn how to create a mask mold with clay, use paper mache to create the mask, then embellish and paint it. Their imagination is the only limit to creating a wearable, magnificent and/or scary mask!

🦁 Photos ars of the Lion King mask Alesia created for Grinnell Community Theatre's production of the Lion King Jr.

ℹ Class runs Saturdays, September 12-October 3, 10:00-11:30 am at the Stew Makerspace! Very limited spaces, so sign up ASAP here: https://grinnellarts.app.neoncrm.com/nx/portal/neonevents/events?path=%2Fportal%2Fevents%2F55618
