Our Second Annual Bookbag Giveaway was a success!
Before I even share that, I need to give a few shoutouts to people who made it possible!
1. Sher Sandhu and family: They own The Campus Store and allowed us to host the giveaway at their location! They also donated a ton of supplies as well! Thank you so much!
2. Open House Baking: They hosted a School supply drop off box again this year! We were able to collect even more donations for our giveaway! Thank you again! 🤍
3. Eric Massey: He donated a canopy to help protect our supplies and snacks from the sun and heat during our giveaway! He also helped set up and get everything ready for us!
4. Everyone who donated to us in the form of items for yard sale and also school supplies! Whether you dropped off to me or Open House Baking, THANK YOU! We appreciate you so much!
5. Everyone who shared our post to get the message out about the giveaway! It was a success thanks to you spreading to word to our community!
The amount of happiness that was felt at our giveaway is indescribable! I mean, look at these babies with their supplies! Not to even mention the snacks and teachers we were able to bless as well!
It takes a village and boy did we do it! I can not wait to do it ALL OVER again next year! Hopefully we will be able to help/support even more families and teachers here in Pitt County!
