There will be a meeting for parents to meet basketball coaches and pick up athletic forms, etc. Monday 11/2 at 6pm in the GC gym.

If you have not turned in your GCAA Membership application, please do so as soon as possible. You can turn in your membership application and payment to any GCAA officer (Aimee Youngblood, Michele Ogletree or Tracy Wood) or in the GCAA dropbox by the main school office.

Baseball and Soccer Parents-----
Concession Coordinators are needed for MS Baseball, Varsity Baseball, Girls Soccer and Boys Soccer.

Responsibility of a Concession Coordinator:
Open and Close the concession stand (set-up and put away snacks) before/after their team's home games.
Coordinate the team parents to work concessions for each home game.

A Team must have a coordinator to have concessions during their games. If no one volunteers for this position for the team, that team will not have concessions during their home games.

We understand that everyone wants to watch their child play their sport; however, we need more parents to get involved and volunteer for these type of roles.

Also please check with your coaches as they have positions for each game that need volunteers as well. (Keeping the scoreboard, pitch count, etc.)
