Be sure to review this week’s edition, complete the Student Handbook Acknowledgement Form by Thursday, and remember that students who maintain 95% attendance from August 10 through the end of August and have no discipline referrals during the month of August will earn an invitation to our Foam Party on September 4.

Families, please review the 2026–2027 Student Handbook with your student and complete the Handbook Acknowledgement Form by Thursday, August 20. Students who submit a signed form by Thursday will receive an incentive on Friday.

Future Focus students put their creativity and teamwork to the test with our Careers Come to Life challenge! Each group selected a career and was given a 5-foot skeleton, newspaper, butcher paper, scissors, glue, and markers. Their mission? Transform their skeleton into a career professional using only the materials provided!

Along the way, students practiced collaboration, communication, creativity, and problem-solving while exploring the world of careers. Who knew career exploration could be so ... humerus?
