Watch for your online giving page: In the coming weeks, your school will be set up with an online giving page to collect online donations during your program, and you will receive an email with your school’s URL and log-in information. Students love connecting with their family members online and watching their thermometer charts grow. It is also a great way to collect funds without having to process coins and cash! Check out the Online Giving section of www.studentseries.org/msla for ideas on how to use and promote your page. If your school does not want a page created, please contact LLS as soon as possible.

OPEN HOUSE

William Hart is having it’s annual open house event September 8, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00p.m. Please come out and see the great things that are happening at William Hart Elementary.

The first day of school for students in grades 1-5 is Monday, August 10, 2015. Kindergarten and Pre-K students have been scheduled to start the following week on either August 13th or August 14th. Please contact the school if your child has not been scheduled.

On Thursday, August 6, from 6:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. we will host a Meet and Greet. Come out and meet the school staff and teachers, sign up for after care with the Boys and Girls club, sign up for the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and learn about volunteer opportunities at the school. The required supply fee of $10.00 can be paid at this time.
