***CHILDREN ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND!!! We will share in the joy of having their love and laughter with us as we celebrate the life of Joanie!!!

Please join us this Saturday, August 29th at 3:00 PM, as we gather to celebrate the life of our beloved Ms. Joanie.

Joanie touched generations of children, families, coworkers, and friends through her quiet faith, loving heart, and years of service.

Her Celebration of Life will be held in the Gretna United Methodist Church sanctuary.

Light refreshments and a time of fellowship and remembrance will follow the service.

We hope you will join us as we celebrate a life that meant so much to so many. ❤️

Some people don’t just work at a school—they become part of its heart. Ms. Joanie was one of those people.

For 15 years, she loved our children as if they were her own, greeted families with a warm smile, and shared kindness wherever she went. Her gentle spirit and caring heart helped make GUMP feel like home for so many.

Today, we honor her life with grateful hearts. While we will miss her deeply, we find comfort in knowing she is at peace and in the presence of her Savior.

We ask that you keep Joanie’s family and all who loved her in your prayers.

Thank you, Ms. Joanie, for the love you gave so freely and the difference you made in the lives of generations of children and families.

Once a part of GUMP, always a part of GUMP.
