🚒🔥 We had a special visit from the Gretna Fire Department today for Fire Safety Week ❤️👨‍🚒 Our little learners loved seeing the fire truck, meeting our local firefighters, and learning about the amazing people who help keep our community safe!

A huge thank-you to our firefighters for taking time out of their busy day to visit our little ones! We truly appreciate you making this such a fun and special experience for our kiddos! ❤️🧯🚒

That’s a wrap on September at Elite-Gretna!

Our classrooms were full of curiosity, creativity & hands-on fun all month long through our Elite Minds Curriculum! ✨

We practiced kindness, explored big feelings, put our five senses to work, discovered life on the farm & finished the month with all things apples! 💙😊👀🐄🍎

So many little moments of learning, discovery & FUN packed into one month.

📸 Here are a few of our favorite September memories!

🌾🤎 Farm Week might be a fan favorite around here!🚜🐷

Our week was filled with hands-on learning, messy play, and lots of smiles! We got our hands dirty with our pigs in the mud activity, practiced writing our names using chicken eggs, and wrapped up the week with some very special visitors — REAL farm animals! 🐄🐖🐓

Watching our little farmers learn, explore, and get excited about farm life was the sweetest! 🌽💛

Our Blue 1 Classroom kicked off their weekly cooking class this morning with something extra sweet… BROWNIES! 😋🍫

From placing the liners and pouring the mix to cracking eggs, stirring, measuring & filling the cups, our little chefs were busy putting those fine motor skills, following directions & independence to work! 👩‍🍳

And, of course, the best part… getting to enjoy what they made!

Learning is pretty sweet at Elite!
