Incredibly proud of Springwater Creative Writing students Carlos Garcia, Jazmin Wheeler and Nathan Rivers whose plays were chosen to be read by professional actors from Portland Center Stage this past Tuesday evening! The evening included 6 other teen playwrights from high schools throughout the county. "These scripts were selected specifically to showcase the breadth of talent from the young voices in our region."

Great day at Rooster Rock State Park with Oregon State Parks and their amazing rangers! Students helped get the park ready for the summer season by cleaning up fallen limbs and trees, cleaning walkways and beautifying the day use area. The weather held for us and we were able to barbecue afterwards and spend some time enjoying the park before heading back to school for a well-earned visit from an ice cream truck and additional fun and games. Thank you to all the Titans who gave back to their community today! You did great!

Last night's basketball game against Oregon City Service Learning Academy was a nail biter! OCSLA won in overtime by one basket, with just seconds remaining. Shout out to our Titans for a phenomenal game and thank you to New Urban High School for hosting!
