Hi Everyone, it’s snowing at daycare today! It’s sticking in the grass but not the roads as of yet. We put ice melt out front on the walkway just as a precaution. We will keep you posted on how it’s looking outside☃️

We are worried too just like all of you. We are committed to cleaning the environment daily as we already do but we will be increasing hand washing and more daily sanitizer of surfaces and floors. Please be assured children do not share bedding, we sanitize the counters, tables before and after each meal, when children cough or sneeze we send them to wash their hands. We will be modeling coughing or sneezing in our sleeves daily to help teach them to cough in the sleeves. Things you can do at home is please increase vitamin c, make sure they are taking daily vitamins, staying hydrated, make sure the kids go to bed early to get good rest, to help them stay healthy. If your child has fevers, and severe coughing please keep them home until the symptoms are gone. If you have to give your child medicine before coming to daycare, they should be staying home. We all need to work together to keep the kiddos safe.

We will be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Friday, kids can bring 20 valentines with no names and will be able to pass them out. Kids will also be mailing a valentine home as we are learning about the post office and how the mail system works!

If centennial school district is closed, we will be closed as well. If you have any questions regarding our policy please let us know.
