Our Story

In 1983 , with two small children of my own, I opened the daycare, I had received my teaching degree from MSU and chose to pursue my dream. Since then till this day I am a hands on owner and preschool teacher everyday . We are a smaller setting home daycare where we get to grow loving and trusted relationships with the children and parents. More than half of my students have been enrolled since birth and grow and learn with us till school. Then as president of the school board I get to hand them their diploma .

Our mission here is to help foster their social , emotional, and academic growth. Also to nurture a love of learning curiosity the world around them , caring for one another and sharing in the wonders of the imagination.

We serve nutritious and homemade meals and snacks, that are low fat and low sugar but high on flavor and variety. All meals include proper portion of fruit, vegetable, proteins and whole grain carbs and low fat milk.

We love doing our morning daily project followed by our daily group time. Which involves a monthly theme of songs, fingerplays, number recognition , nursery rhyme, concept and letters. We also send home a copy of everything we cover at group time, a lunch and snack menu , yearly calendar and a daily informative update on each child.
