Weekend recap 🌊☀️
We traded barbells for river floats, burpees for beers, and PRs for some much-needed R&R!
A little time away from the gym, a lot of laughs, and even better company. So grateful for this CrossFit family and the memories we get to make outside the box. ❤️
Here’s to more adventures, more getaways, and plenty of questionable decisions together.
