⚡ 4-Room House Wiring Made Simple!

This diagram shows a complete 4-room electrical wiring setup. Power comes from the utility pole, passes through a digital energy meter, then into a main Double Pole MCB for overall protection. From there, a neutral terminal block distributes the neutral line, while 4 individual MCBs control and protect each room separately — giving you full safety and independent control over every room in your home. A must-know wiring layout for every homeowner and electrician! 🏠🔌

A circuit measures 120V from hot to ground but 0V from hot to neutral. What's likely wrong.

🚨 WOULD YOU RETURN TO A RESTAURANT THAT DEMANDS A 20% TIP? 🚨

Imagine walking up to a restaurant and seeing this sign on the front door.

Not suggesting a tip.
Not appreciating a tip.
Demanding a 20% tip.

Would you still go in? 🤔

Some people say servers work hard and deserve it. Others say a tip should be earned, not required.

At that point, is it still a tip... or just an extra fee? 💵🍽

👇 Be honest:

Would you dine there, or turn around and leave?

AITA for walking out of a restaurant after seeing this sign?

Last night my wife and I decided to try a local restaurant that everyone had been recommending. The place was packed, people were waiting outside, and honestly it looked like a great spot.

As we walked up to the entrance, I noticed a handwritten whiteboard that looked like it had been put out that morning.

The sign said the restaurant was now adding a 35% service charge to every check, that the charge was not a tip, and that they would no longer split checks.

At first I thought it was a joke.

I asked the hostess if the sign was real, and she said yes. She explained that rising costs, employee wages, and operating expenses forced them to make changes.

I did some quick math in my head.

A $100 dinner would now cost $135 before taxes. If I wanted to leave an actual tip on top of that, the total would be even higher.

I told my wife that I wasn't comfortable with it and suggested we eat somewhere else.

That's when things got awkward.

The couple standing behind us overheard the conversation and immediately jumped in. The husband said, "If you can't afford to support restaurant workers, maybe you shouldn't be dining out."

That comment didn't sit well with me.

I never said I had a problem tipping. I tip all the time. What bothered me was being told exactly how much I had to pay before I even sat down, regardless of what kind of service I received.

Meanwhile, another woman nearby agreed with the restaurant and said businesses are struggling to survive and customers have unrealistic expectations about what dining out should cost these days.

Suddenly it felt like a debate between two completely different worlds.

One side believed restaurants have every right to create policies that keep their business alive.

The other side believed customers should decide what level of service deserves extra compensation.

My wife and I ended up leaving and eating somewhere else, but now some friends are telling me I overreacted and that I should have simply accepted the policy if I wanted to eat there.

So now I'm wondering..

AITA for walking out of the restaurant after seeing a mandatory 35% service charge, or was the restaurant justified in creating the policy and I should have just accepted it?

This is new construction on a brand new home and they created this "beam" to support the deck.

What is the difference?
Only the experts know the answer!

Maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but I'm getting tired of being asked to tip before I've even received any service.

More and more restaurants are putting tip suggestions front and center before the meal even starts. I've seen places suggest turning a $120 dinner into $144 before a server has taken an order, refilled a drink, or brought out the food.

Then, if you question it, you're hit with:

**"If you can't afford to tip, you can't afford to eat out."**

But that's not really the issue.

Most people aren't against servers. Most people believe workers deserve to be paid fairly.

What frustrates people is the growing expectation that customers should be responsible for making up the difference between what employees earn and what they need to live.

Shouldn't businesses be responsible for paying their employees rather than relying on customers to subsidize payroll every time they sit down for a meal?
