Homeschool parents — this one is for you. 📚
You're already doing the hard work. You plan the lessons, track the progress, and make sure your child is learning. But keeping up with Reading, Writing, AND Math — consistently, at the right level — is a lot to carry alone.
That's exactly what our FastTrack™ Homeschooling program was designed for.
Here's how it works:
Students come to our Greer center 2–4 times per week. Every session covers all three subjects — Reading, Writing, and Math — not one at a time, but all three, in every visit.
That's made possible by our Rotational Approach to Learning®, which moves students through focused, timed stations with different materials and instructors. No sitting in one spot for an hour. Concentration stays high. Progress stays consistent.
Before your child starts, they complete a FREE Diagnostic Assessment using the Woodcock-Johnson V — the premier academic achievement test in the field. We use the results to place your child at exactly the right level in every subject. No guessing. No one-size-fits-all curriculum.
Our instructors hold Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degrees and are fully trained in our methodology. This is structured, One-To-One Instruction from certified educators — not informal supplemental support.
Our Greer center has been serving homeschooling families for over 8 years across a wide range of grades, curricula, and learning styles.
If you want to see exactly where your child stands — and what they're ready to build next — the first step is a free Diagnostic Assessment. You'll leave with a full report and a clear plan.

To the parents whose child's first language is Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Russian, Arabic, or Korean.
If your child has started school here and you can see them working twice as hard to keep up in reading, phonics, and writing, please read this.
Your child is not behind. They are building a second language while learning new academic skills at the same time. That is a remarkable thing.
But it does mean they need something a classroom of 25 students cannot always provide. Focused, individual attention on the sounds, patterns, and rules of English.
Here is what we do at The Tutoring Center of Greer:
✅ Phonics, sound by sound, until every English vowel and consonant blend clicks
✅ Reading comprehension, building the vocabulary, fluency, and understanding to handle any text
✅ Writing and grammar, teaching how English sentences are built so your child can express their ideas clearly
✅ Pronunciation support, woven into every reading session
All delivered through One-To-One Instruction with a certified instructor. Every session. Every minute.
The Rotational Approach to Learning® keeps your child engaged through three different stations in a single hour, designed to maximize focus and learning.
A proven system, a real track record.
The Tutoring Center has refined this approach over 30+ years across more than 120 locations in 23 states. Our Greer center has been serving families here for over 8 years.
On average, students in our K-3 Reading Program improve a full grade level in approximately 40 sessions. With consistent attendance and effort, we have seen this work for hundreds of children, including many whose first language is not English.
The next step is simple, and it is free.
Schedule a free Diagnostic Assessment. In 45 to 60 minutes, you will know exactly where your child stands in reading, math, and writing. You leave with a comprehensive report and a personalized plan.
No contract. No pressure. Just clarity.

Your child passed everything this year. Report card looks solid. No calls from the teacher. So why would you even think about academic support over the summer?
▼
Here is what we have learned from working with families at our Greer center. The students who struggle hardest in September are not always the ones who were struggling in May. Sometimes it is the child who was right on grade level. Not behind, not ahead. Just keeping up.
That child spent the school year working hard to stay where they needed to be. Their skills were developing but not yet locked in. And when summer hits and the daily practice disappears, those almost-there skills are the first to go. By the time school starts again, that child is not on grade level anymore. They are playing catch-up from day one.
▼
Reading fluency, math computation, and writing mechanics are the three areas research identifies as the most vulnerable to summer loss.
And the loss is not equal. Students who were closest to the line, right at grade level, feel it the most because they had the least margin.
This is not about being behind. It is about protecting what your child has already built.
▼
At our center, summer sessions run the same way as the school year. One-To-One Instruction using the Rotational Approach to Learning®. Three stations, three focuses, a different instructor at each one. Two to three sessions a week is enough to hold your child's gains and push them forward.
We build around your summer schedule. Vacations, camps, family trips. None of that has to stop.
▼
This summer, enroll for two or more sessions a week and get 4 free sessions to get started. No contracts. No long-term commitments.
The difference between a child who keeps going over the summer and one who takes two months off is usually obvious by the second week of school. One is ready. The other is recovering.
If you want to know exactly where your child stands academically, schedule a free Diagnostic Assessment. It takes 45 to 60 minutes and you leave with a comprehensive report.

Students lose an average of one to two months of academic progress over summer break. But here is the part most parents do not hear: it takes even longer to recover that ground in the fall. That is why what your family does this summer matters more than most people realize.
▼
Throughout the school year, your child builds academic skills, concentration, and confidence session by session. That momentum is real. But it is also fragile. A two-month gap can quietly undo weeks of gains. When school starts back, the first month gets spent catching up instead of moving forward.
▼
Over 8 years of serving Greer families, we have seen the difference clearly. Students who continue through the summer do not just hold on to what they have learned. They pull ahead. They walk into the new school year already prepared, already confident, and already a step beyond where they need to be. That kind of momentum compounds, not just for one semester, but for years.
▼
At our center, every student receives One-To-One Instruction paired with the Rotational Approach to Learning®. No classrooms. No small groups. Three stations per session, each with a different focus and a different instructor, designed to build concentration alongside academic skills.
We know summer means vacations, camps, and schedule changes. We work with families to stay flexible so progress never has to pause.

The skills your child builds this summer will still be paying off in October.

This message landed in our inbox and made our whole team smile. 🎉
A parent recently reached out to share that their son's report card showed real improvement this quarter, and that his progress "is definitely showing." They said they cannot wait to see how far he goes.
Neither can we.
This is why we do what we do. Not just better grades, but a child whose family can see the difference and feels hopeful about what comes next. That is the goal every single time.
Every student at The Tutoring Center of Greer receives true One-To-One Instruction and a personalized plan built around where they actually are academically. No small groups. No guessing. A real plan backed by a real assessment.
If your child has been struggling and you are ready to see what is possible, the first step is simple. Schedule a free Diagnostic Assessment and we will show you exactly where your child stands and what we can do about it.

Here is something most parents do not realize until September is already here.
Every year, teachers spend the first four to six weeks re-teaching material from the previous spring. Not because students stopped trying. Because skills that are still developing need consistent practice to stick. When that practice stops for 10 weeks, the brain lets go of what it has not fully locked in yet.
Reading comprehension. Math fluency. Writing mechanics. These are the areas that slip the fastest and take the longest to rebuild.
The families we work with who see the strongest year-over-year gains have one thing in common: they do not take a full summer off from learning.
That does not mean no vacations or camps. It means two to three hours a week of focused, One-To-One Instruction on the specific skills their free Diagnostic Assessment identified.
That is enough to hold the line. And most of the time, move ahead.
The students who start with us in the summer walk into September confident instead of anxious. Ready instead of behind.
