🇨🇴 TODAY, COLOMBIA NEEDS US! 🇨🇴
On August 10, Colombia experienced a powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake that affected many cities. Numerous families lost their homes; many people were killed or injured, while others are still waiting to be rescued from beneath the rubble.
We are teachers, we are Colombian, and although we currently live in the United States, Colombia will always be our home and remain in our hearts. 💛💙❤️ The pain of our people is also our pain, and we cannot remain indifferent during this difficult time.
For this reason, Sun After School is coming together wholeheartedly to support Colombia, the home country of our staff and a nation we carry deeply in our hearts.
We are collecting donations to send to Colombia and help the families who need them most. Every contribution, regardless of the amount, can provide food, clean water, medicine, shelter, and hope.
We want to show that when a community comes together, it can lift those who have fallen. Colombia is not alone. From the United States, Sun After School stands with Colombia with love, solidarity, and hope.

El pasado 10 de agosto, Colombia sufrió un fuerte terremoto de magnitud 7.4 que afectó a numerosas ciudades. Muchas familias perdieron sus hogares; hay personas fallecidas, heridas y otras que todavía esperan ser rescatadas de entre los escombros.
Somos maestras, somos colombianas y, aunque actualmente vivimos en Estados Unidos, Colombia siempre será nuestro hogar y permanecerá en nuestros corazones. 💛💙❤️ El dolor de nuestra gente también es nuestro dolor, y no podemos ser indiferentes ante esta difícil situación.
Por esta razón, Sun After School se une de corazón para apoyar a Colombia, país de origen de nuestro personal y tierra que llevamos profundamente en el alma.
Estamos recolectando fondos para enviarlos a Colombia y ayudar a las familias que más lo necesitan. Cada aporte, sin importar la cantidad, puede convertirse en alimentos, agua, medicamentos, refugio y esperanza.

Seeing their little faces and hearing their laughter reminds us that at Sun After School, we are giving our very best every day. Their happiness is our greatest reward and the reason we continue creating meaningful learning experiences, fun adventures, and unforgettable memories. 💙✨

Our children learned so much about caterpillars 🐛 during our visit to the museum. They discovered how caterpillars grow, transform, and become beautiful butterflies.

But among all the learning, something truly stole our hearts: seeing the joyful, curious smile on our little Brie’s face. 💛 That special moment filled our hearts with love and reminded us that our children’s smiles are the greatest gift.

It was a day full of learning, joy, and unforgettable memories! 🌿✨
