This is a great addition to help support families and provide free 4K for eligible families.

Parents with children who will be 4 on or before Sept. 1, 2026 with family income(s) between 185% and 300% FPL are now eligible for participation in First Steps 4K. For example, a family of four making $99,000 annually or less now qualifies.

We had a fun sensory table activity using sand, sea animals, and farm animals! As the children explored the sand, they enjoyed discovering the different animals and practiced making the sounds each animal makes. This hands-on activity encouraged imaginative play, language development, sensory exploration, and fine motor skills. The children had so much fun learning through play and really enjoyed the experience! 🐄🐖🐠🦀🏖️😊

Our little ones had the most wonderful time visiting with some very gentle goats recently, and our hearts are just full. 💖 These hands-on moments are about so much more than just a fun day outside: they are powerful building blocks for empathy, kindness, and patience.

Watching our students learn how to use "gentle hands" and quiet voices while petting these sweet animals is such a beautiful lesson in caring for others. 🤲 It’s sensory learning at its best, right here in our Greer community!
