But when you start your 30-Day Trial, you'll quickly see that this is a super chill environment... full of positive and supportive teammates who will help you learn and succeed. We ALL remember what it's like to be a beginner, so everyone is stoked to help you learn!

And IBJJA makes the first step EASY!

Every new student begins their Free Trial with an introductory lesson. A coach will show you around, answer any questions you have, and teach you practical Self-Defense techniques. In fact, you will learn more about Self-Defense in that first class than most people learn their entire LIFE!

After that lesson, you're ready for the group classes. You'll know what's going on and your new teammates will help you along the way.
