🍰 A little treat for the people who pour so much into our kiddos every day! 💚

One of our sweet Amaze families surprised us with cake pops, so of course we had to make our rounds and share the love with our staff! 🥰

Little gestures like this mean so much. Thank you to our thoughtful parent for thinking of our team and giving everyone a little something sweet to brighten their day. We are so thankful for the families who love on our teachers right alongside us! 💚

🐷🩷 Farm Week fun in the Ocean Room! 🌾

Ms. Nicole’s Ocean kiddos are getting into the farm spirit! These girls were busy painting their pigs the perfect shade of PINK while practicing creativity and fine motor skills. 🎨🐷

We love when learning gets a little messy! 😉 This week, our Ocean Room is exploring all things FARM through hands-on activities, art, and play. 🚜🌾

🐛💛 Learning, moving, and having FUN in the Caterpillar Classroom!

Ms. Jessi took her Caterpillar kiddos outside for a fun chalk obstacle course! 👟☀️ She showed them how to complete the course first, and then each child took a turn following the path and directions.

They were practicing listening, following directions, taking turns, coordination, and gross motor skills—all while having a whole lot of fun! 🥰

We are so excited that some of our little artists have artwork on display at the fair! ❤️ Our kiddos have been busy creating, and we are so proud of their creativity and hard work.

If your family heads to the fair this week, be sure to stop by the art displays and see if you can find your child’s masterpiece! 🖍️✨

Next week at Amaze Academy, our theme is Farm Animals! 🐮🐷🐔🐴

Our students will be learning all about farm animals and their sounds, barns, tractors, life on the farm, animal care, pretend play, books, songs, and hands-on activities.

For Fantastic Fun on Friday, children are invited to dress like a farmer or their favorite farm animal! We can’t wait to see all of the adorable farm-tastic outfits. Because let’s be honest… tiny farmers and little cows may be the cutest thing we see all week. 🚜🌾

💙✨ Sensory play in the Wild West! ✨💚

Our Wild West kiddos had so much fun exploring sensory bottles today! They shook them, turned them upside down, watched everything swirl and settle, and—most importantly—investigated them with all the seriousness of tiny scientists. 😂🔍

Sensory bottles are more than just fun to look at! Activities like this encourage curiosity, visual tracking, focus, fine-motor development, and sensory exploration while giving little ones a calming hands-on experience.

We love giving our littlest learners opportunities to touch, explore, discover, and learn through play! 💚

And judging by those faces... we think the sensory bottles were a hit! 🥰✨

Big feelings are a normal part of being little. 💚 Learning what to do with those feelings is a skill—and just like letters, numbers, and colors, it takes practice!

At Amaze Academy, we want to help our kiddos learn healthy ways to recognize their emotions and calm their bodies. Our Calm Down Map gives them simple steps they can practice when those BIG feelings show up:

🐉 Stop and breathe
💛 Name the feeling
🦖 Move, stomp, or squeeze safely
🧸 Choose a calming tool
💬 Come back and talk when they’re ready
🌻 Celebrate the hard work of calming their body

We want our children to know that having a feeling never makes them “bad.” They can be sad, frustrated, disappointed, worried, or angry—and we can teach them safe, appropriate ways to work through it.

These little emotional regulation skills may seem simple now, but they’re building blocks for communication, self-control, problem-solving, and healthy relationships as they grow. 💚

Look at Athena go! 💚 She used her pretzels to spell her name all by herself during snack today!

We love seeing our kiddos take the skills they’re learning and use them in creative ways throughout their day. Name recognition, letter formation, fine-motor skills—and a snack when you’re finished? That sounds like a preschool win to us! 😂🥨

📸 All About Me Week! 💚

This week at Amaze Academy, we’re celebrating everything that makes each of our kiddos wonderfully unique! We’ll be learning about ourselves, our families, and the special way God created each one of us.

Our hope is that our children begin to understand:

💚 God made me on purpose.
💛 God knows me and loves me.
💙 There is no one else exactly like me!

“I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” — Psalm 139:14
