Our faculty and staff Paint and Praise was Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! We had a wonderful time fellowshipping, praising, and painting. Who said we could only fellowship during work hours? Who said that we can't praise Him together, and who said we could only praise Him on a Sunday morning? We are thankful that we had the opportunity to bond, paint, and pray with each other! Oh what a wonderful time we had! The administrative team would like to thank everyone who participated and assisted in any way. Thank you Mrs. Connie Beverly for helping to make our vision of having a Paint and Praise a reality.

Our 5th grade sudents took on the task of recycling bottles. The student with the highest number of bottles recycled is Brandon Childs. He recycled 636 bottles. The total number of bottles recycled from Ms. Chanda Stewart's class and Mrs. Brownlee's class was approximately 2,500. Thank you to our 5th grade Science teachers, DrDeirdre Brownlee for leading this project and Chanda Stewart. We would also like to thank our parents and students for exceeding expectations. This was a great opportunity for our students to learn about the importance of recycling. Our teachers, students, and parents are the best!

๐ŸฆŒ๐Ÿ”ฌ Learning About the Wild Side of Science! ๐Ÿพ๐ŸŒฟ

Dr. Brownlee and Ms. Stewartโ€™s 5th grade classes had an exciting visit with Jackie Kerr from the Wildlife Museum of Natural Science! Students explored animal habitats, ecosystems, food chains, and food webs while having fun and learning along the way.

What a great way to bring science to life beyond the textbook! Thank you, Jackie Kerr, for providing our students with such a fun and engaging learning experience! ๐Ÿ’™
