🚨 NEW SCHOOL RECORD 🚨

The MSN Girls 4x800 Relay Team just set the bar higher! They clocked in at 10:47.00 in their meet vs. MSC to officially claim the new school record. 🏅🔥

Incredible job, ladies! The future is fast! 💨🐾

Students and staff gathered together after school on May 1st to kickoff Mental Health Month (May) and celebrate Gouda's 3rd Birthday! Students were able to attend the pawty for $3 or a donation to ICAN, Indiana Canine Assistant Network, where Gouda was trained. ICAN exists to train service dogs for people with disabilities, veterans, and facilities. At the pawty students could relax and watch the movie AirBud, complete mental health coloring/reflection pages, play athletic activities in the gym, or visit with ICAN dogs. A big hit were our visiting puppy friends: Queso (Gouda's brother who works at a retirement community), Hopper (CG's 1st service dog), Feta (Gouda's sister AND Pleasant Grove's facility dog), and ICAN Puppy in Training: Oak! Attending students also received the newest version of Gouda's baseball card! We raised $300 as a donation to ICAN. Thank you To BC2M club members and friends for helping to plan the party, CGMSN staff for hosting help, and for all who attended the special day!

On May 4th, several students proudly represented CGMSN at the Junior Academic Super Bowl, competing in the areas of Math, Science, English, and Social Studies. The event showcased not only their academic knowledge, but also their dedication, teamwork, and perseverance.

We are incredibly proud of all the students who participated. You represented our school with excellence.

A special congratulations goes to our Science team- Ella Kingery, Ved Anand, Agastya Mallapragada, Paxton Baker, and Alric Calvert for earning State Champions in their category—an outstanding achievement!

The Spring Break Festivities started a little early this year with a dodgeball showdown!

Our CGMSN Student Council hosted their annual tournament after school yesterday, where 12 teams and 120 students brought the heat, the hype, and a whole lot of dodgeball action.

After all the dodging, diving, dipping, and ducking, the 8th graders came through once again as back-to-back champs! 🏆

Thanks to everyone who joined in the fun and showed off that Trojan spirit.
