The JCCF and GEF scholarship deadlines are quickly approaching! The JCCF, which uses one online application is due February 24th. The GEF deadline is March 6 with applications turned into Mr. Sutton in the guidance office.

Leadership Johnson County is searching for current sophomores and juniors to be involved in their Youth Leadership Academy. This program seeks to develop their leadership skills and interconnectedness as it relates to our community and its constituents. GHS will host an information session on 2/5 during PowerHour 1 in the counseling office for students to learn more about the program.

Happy National School Counselors Week to our amazing counselors!

GHS's Annual Winterization is coming up on November 15th from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. At this event, students and staff will gather to help winterize homes in Greenwood. This invaluble service supports elderly and persons with a disability in our community. Winterizing includes raking leaves and other yard and exterior home work. Student volunteers be served breakfast and lunch at the high school. Sign up forms are available and can be turned into room C118.
