Did you know that even recreational drone flyers are required to pass an aeronautical knowledge and safety test?
Aviation is all about safety, so after each successfully completing the Recreational UAS Safety Test (TRUST) Aeronautical Center of Technology students received their first hands-on lesson in drone operation—guided by Unmanned Aircraft Systems instructor Adam French. Training took place within the safe confines of the Center’s loft, giving students a secure space to learn drone operation skills.
