Take the Next Step Counseling and Coaching With 30+ years in counseling and business, I guide professionals, specializing in medical providers, through career transitions and holistic growth.

I have a Master's of Science in Counseling and Counseling Education from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis and a Bachelor's from Purdue University in English Education. As a High School Guidance Counselor, I advised students with career and college planning and also did personal

counseling. I advised my son in his selections so that he could complete a Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis in 2 1/2 years followed by a one year Master's degree. My other son will complete his Elementary Education degree in 3 years. I can assist your children in selecting high school courses and a path to shorten their time in college and help them figure out what the best college for them would be to attend. I can help you discover a career you desire and help you design a path to get there. I have trained in Healing the Father Wound, Healing the Wounded Heart (Sexual Abuse Healing), Anger Management, Codependency, and Grief Counseling. I have my own experiences with infertility and miscarriage. I have been part of the sandwich generation, raising young children while dealing with my parents' aging concerns, which included dementia and cancer care. I have been married 27 years, attended marriage conferences, read many relationship books and am able to assist with relationship counseling. My husband is an Ob/Gyn, and I worked in the medical field for 21 years so I understand the challenges of being married to a medical spouse. I recognize the challenges of how running a small business can affect your relationships. On the other hand, I know how to build and maintain a successful small business with my experience and knowledge of both managing and marketing for a small business. My style of counseling or coaching is empathetic listening, educating you about the ways you relate to others, and helping you to set goals for change. Handling life transitions, such as dating, getting married, having a new baby, infertility and miscarriage, losing someone special, moving, preparing to go to college, starting a new career, building a new business, caring for your your elderly parents, are just some of the challenges you may face in life. I am here to help you make it through these times.
