Today, our WMB Student Leadership Team welcomed our 2026 Rookie Class to the Woodbridge Marching Band. We spent the day learning marching basics, getting to know each other and having a great (and sweaty) time!

You don’t want to miss the WMB this Fall at all our WHS Football games. Go Raiders! 🎶 💙 🏈

Congrats to these rockstar Raiders who have spend much of their summer in rehearsal for a production of Matilda Jr with Possum Point Players! They, and their cast and crew mates, have put together a fun and fantastic show! Raiders representing: Alumna Emerson Wright, rising Junior Rylee Curl, rising Junior Cameron Hale and rising 6th grader (who has already lent her talents to the WHS Theatre Company twice!) Brooklynn Graham. Congrats to all involved!

Congratulations to Sophomore, Marleigh Tibbs, on completing her week at Governor’s School!

The Delaware Governor’s School for Excellence is a one-week summer residential program that brings together academically and artistically talented Delaware high school students between their sophomore and junior year. Students live in residence halls on the University of Delaware’s Newark campus and attend a specialized program, which provides tutorial instruction with a noted artist and culminates in a public performance.

Marleigh successful completed a competitive audition and just finished her intensive week on Bari Sax this evening.

Congratulations, Marleigh! We are so proud of you! It’s a GREAT day to be a Raider!

Members of the WHS Performing Arts Department toured Salisbury University’s Campus and watched an incredible spring concert by Salisbury’s Concert Band featuring works of the renowned American Composer Dr. Frank Ticheli and he was the guest Artist for the evening and conducted much of the concert himself! It was an amazing opportunity and we are so thankful for SUs Director of Bands, Professor Senkbell for coordinating the entire event!
