Athlete of the day - Daniel Headley! Gold medal in both forms and sparring. He didn’t have to fight a single extra round, ending both his fights after one round! 16 - 0 and 18 - 1! (Those are 2 medals, you could choose a yin and yang. Cool stuff!)

Results from the tournament Tri-State Championship in Lawrenceburg today!

- we learned a lot from Poomsae - with quite a few new students, there was a lot learned. We had 9 athletes compete and coming back with 2 Gold and one Silver, we have work to do.

In sparring we performed. Really excellent fights and effort today! 12 athletes competed in sparring and we brought home 7 gold medals 2 silver and 2 Bronze! One of the Bronze and Silver was behind a North Indy Gold!

Big shout out to Price Bozarth for helping out so much!

Another big weekend coming up for our North Indy TKD grassroots team and world clsss athletes.

Jude Bozarth and Davin Johnson are heading to Little Rock Arkansas lead by Master Seay to finish the year strong and work on earning points going into 2027.

The grass roots team as well as some of the newer world class squad are heading to Lawrenceburg to the Tri State Championships hosted by Grand Master Hite! Results will be great for all - this is a good measuring stick for the work that needs to be done for 2027!

What a great result for North Indy this weekend. Master Billy Seay directed our grassroots team to:

13 Gold
2 silver (1 of those Silver was an all North Indy final in a division of 7)
12 Bronze

We had 8 first time competitors. We could not be more proud of all the athletes and their effort.

We also can’t say enough what it means for these athletes to train with our world class athletes every week. Iron sharpens Iron.
