🌟 Please join us in welcoming Linda Maxie to Pinecrest Elementary School and the Greenwood School District 50 family! Linda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Columbia College and completed an alternative certification program through Teachers of Tomorrow. Before joining District 50, Linda worked with the Department of Children’s Advocacy.

When asked what excites her most about the upcoming school year, Linda shared that she is excited to work with second grade students. She fell in love with writing poetry and short stories, as well as reading, when she was in second grade and can’t wait to share that same excitement and wonder with her students. We are excited to have Linda as part of our team and can’t wait to see the impact she will make on our students!

A Silly Goose is on the Loose at Pinecrest! 😬

We’re saddling up for another great season of fundraising with Believe Kids! Parents, be on the lookout next week for packets to come home with lots of prize opportunities for your students. The goose will be making his way to the top selling classroom each day! 🤠❤️💙
