🎣 Let’s Go Fishing! 🎣

Our clients had a reel good time with our “Let’s Go Fishing!” Range of Motion Activity! 🐟🎣

Everyone enjoyed reaching, stretching, and moving their arms as they “cast their lines”. The activity encouraged gentle movement, coordination, and range of motion while creating plenty of opportunities for laughter, conversation, and fun.

At Circle of Life Adult Day Care Center, we believe exercise can be fun, social, and uplifting! Sometimes all you need is a fishing pole, a little imagination, and a whole lot of laughter! 🎣😂💙

Circle of Life Adult Day Center had a wonderful time celebrating Easter! 🌸🐣

Our participants enjoyed a day full of socialization, fellowship, and plenty of laughter. From delicious food to creative egg painting, every moment was filled with joy and togetherness. The excitement continued with fun exercise activities and, of course, a lively game of bingo 💙🧡
