Our seniors took skin analysis to the next level today! They used a professional skin analysis camera to get an up-close look at each other’s skin and identify skin types, impurities, and areas of concern.

Learning how to properly analyze the skin is an important part of being a cosmetologist! Students are learning how to use their analysis to determine whether a client is a good candidate for skincare services and which products and treatments would be best for their individual needs.

Later this week, it will be time to put that knowledge into practice as they begin learning facials!

Our seniors will be practicing their facial procedures, which means that Facial Night is coming soon!

We didn’t waste any time getting to work in cosmetology!

Our junior and senior classes have jumped right into the new school year and are already learning, practicing, and putting their skills to work!

From building strong foundations to sharpening advanced techniques, our students are ready to make this year a great one! We’re excited to see all they accomplish!

On Friday, RTC hosted Field Day, and our cosmetology students definitely made the most of it! Between the water slide, water balloons, and pickleball games, we were having so much fun that we barely stopped to take pictures. It was such a great day and a great way to end the 2025-2026 school year!
