From the very beginning of our Academy in December 2022, one person has stood beside our academy through every challenge, every growing pain, and every victory, Jessie Floyd
Ms. Floyd, you have been the definition of dedication. Through the hard days in business, the uncertain moments, and the long hours, you remained persistent, pure in heart, dependable, and unwavering in your commitment to our children and our center. You showed up every single day and did your job with excellence, no matter what was happening behind the scenes.
You didn’t just work here, you helped build this place. You set the standard for what a true team member looks like, and you have been the model employee that others will always be measured by.
As you prepare to retire this year, we want you to know how deeply grateful we are for you standing beside us when it mattered most. Little Explorers will forever carry your imprint, and we will always carry appreciation for you in my heart.
