It’s hard to put into words how much you’ve meant to Ray Crowe Elementary! Thank you, Mrs. Short, for your leadership, your kindness, and the way you always showed up for both staff and students. You made a difference in ways big and small, and it never went unnoticed.
You created something truly special— an environment where people felt supported, valued, and inspired! While we’re so sad to see you go, we’re incredibly grateful for the time we had with you.
Wishing you all the best in your next chapter. You will be deeply missed! Here’s to making the very most of our last three days with you! 😥🩷

Special thanks to Guy Hansen from Eli Lilly for presenting 'Chemisty is a Blast'!! Our RCE kids LOVED it! Quote from one 4th grader, "that was soo cool"! The kids learned all about solids, liquids, and gases! 🧪👨🏽🔬

Thank you to Johnson County Public library, Mathnasium of Greenwood, Josh with Indiana Farm Bureau, and Ms. Lundy for coming out. Thank you to Amy's Ice Paradise , Scoop and Treasures Ice Cream and Dashboard Catering for selling your great food and treats to our Carnival guest. Sorry the rain pushed you out early. Thank you Indy Inflatables LLC for providing so many fun inflatables. Big thank you and shout out to our wonderful awesome volunteers, teachers, Principal Mrs. Short and Vice Principal Mrs. Black for helping make this a great night. Without you our Carnival couldn't happen. Can't wait to do it again next year! 🩷🎪

Just giving everyone an update, we are trying to move what we can indoors and still be on for tonight for the carnival!!

We are aware that rain is forecasted tomorrow. We can't move the carnival inside, due to the amount of inflatables. A decision will be made around 11am on whether or not to cancel. A rain date has already been set up for May 15th if that happens.
