Yesterday Santa and Mrs Clause stopped in at Charlene‘s angels and then at Greenwood Middle School to see what was on their list great fun 🎅🏼🤶

An open apology to all parents.

I'm a bus driver. I'm also a person.

I'm sorry I was late dropping your child off. A kindergartener fell asleep and missed his stop. I had to bring him back home so his parents wouldn't worry.

I'm sorry I showed up 3 minutes early. The stop light was actually green this time and Little Timmy didn't ride this morning so I skipped his stop.

I'm sorry I didn't see little Jane hit your child. My eyes are focused on the road in front of me. I'm trying to keep your child safe.

I'm sorry I didn't hear little Johnny call your child a butt head. The noise from the engine and heater is almost deafening.

I am sorry your child missed the bus. I waited and honked. No one ever came out. I had to leave in order to get the kids to breakfast on time.

I'm sorry your child does not like their seat. I worked on this seating arrangement for 3 hours. It is hard to make 60+ kids happy.

I'm sorry I didn't pull over and let you pass me. I had to get the kids to school on time.

Being a bus driver isn't always the most rewarding job but it's a job that I take very seriously. I love my children and YES I call them my children.

Their problems are my problems. I love these kids and I love my job.
