We just can’t wait for Sunday’s class 10-5 at Body Affects. This level 1 course teaches the history and science of meditation, effective breathing techniques, refocusing techniques for the mind, & how to take people on a journey. We will then take an hour to put it all together for a full guided meditation. We have a spot left in the class & offer a $25 referral fee! Looking forward to those who are attending!
