Diversified Education Services DES provides executive function coaching, ADHD support, academic tutoring, and study skills coaching for students, college students, and adults.

Based out of Greenwich, Connecticut and serving Westchester County, NY, Boca Raton, and South Florida. Led by its owner and lead learning specialist, Aron Boxer, DES has expanded from its home base in Greenwich, Connecticut to have a presence all throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Aron previously worked as a special education teacher for the public school system in Greenwich and is th

e former Director of Special Services for a private school in Greenwich as well. Currently, his full-time venture is running the day-to-day operations of DES, including a dedicated team of learning specialists, executive functioning coaches, and content area experts — including higher-level math and science (AP chemistry, AP Calculus, etc.). Aron and his team of learning specialists all possess post-graduate degrees and certifications in special education. Also, we are different from most other organizations that offer educational services, in that our learning specialists are full-time teachers in accredited schools and have undergone extensive training to provide the most up-to-date strategies to assist students with a variety of learning challenges. DES employs over 30 learning specialists who are content area experts, executive functioning coaches, mentors, and liaisons. They provide support in a nurturing environment that allows students to learn and flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Confidence and the enhancement of individual strengths are the primary goals for our students. To accommodate our students who require additional support in math and science, DES employs separate content experts who supplement the executive functioning instruction with elite level tutoring.

Does my child need a tutor or an executive function coach?" It's one of the most common questions we hear — and the answer starts with where the breakdown is happening.

If your child doesn't understand the material, that's a knowledge problem: tutoring. If they understand it but can't consistently start, plan, organize, and follow through, that's an ex*****on problem, an executive function issue. And when falling behind and avoidance start feeding each other, the answer may be both.
