The PYP Exhibition is a defining Whitby experience and the culminating student driven inquiry of the Primary Years Programme. Our 4th grade students immersed themselves in the exploration of meaningful real world issues through in depth research, collaboration, critical thinking, and reflection. Our Camp Whitby community was treated to an exciting and interactive juggling show filled with incredible skill, laughter, and plenty of surprises. Campers had the opportunity to step into the spotlight themselves, trying their hand at spinning plates on sticks and participating in the fun. It was a memorable experience that kept everyone engaged and entertained throughout the performance.

Vinny Nobile brings energy, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the arts to Children’s House and Lower School. Through engaging experiences that encourage exploration, self-expression, and collaboration, he helps students build confidence while developing an appreciation for music and performance.

Our 4th Grade overnight trip to Ashokan was filled with discovery, adventure, and meaningful learning. Students paddled along Esopus Creek, investigated local ecosystems, challenged themselves on the ropes course, explored the history of blacksmithing, and strengthened connections with their classmates through shared outdoor experiences.

The trip concluded with campfire songs, s’mores, and memories that will stay with them for years to come.
