Today, approximately 60% of eligible children in Muhlenberg County are registered in the Imagination Library program. We want 💯!! An incredible 225,748 books have been mailed directly to Muhlenberg County Children since the inception of DPIL. SOAR is proud to support and promote Dolly Parton‘s imagination Library because we believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow up with Books. This wonderful program is equally funded by DPIL & Felix E Martin Foundation.
We want to thank Paige Farah for allowing her children to be featured on our new Billboard wrap. If you have not registered your child and they are between the ages of birth and five years old. You can register them online at www.imaginationlibrary.com or at our host, Muhlenberg County Public Libraries. Read 15 minutes every day. Every parent. Every child.

At SOAR, we believe the one of the simplest ways to help a child become a reader is to make sure Books are always within reach. That is why community little libraries are an important part of SOAR’s commitment to literacy throughout Muhlenberg County. These small libraries may not take up much space but they can make a big difference. By placing free books and locations children and families regularly visit sore helps remove barriers to reading and makes choosing a book easy, convenient, and fun. our message has not changed. Read 15 minutes every day. Every child. Every parent. You can help keep our libraries up and going by placing age-appropriate children’s books in the little libraries. Muhlenberg County LITTLE LIBRARIES

Soar would like to stay thank you to everyone that help keep our Little Libraries standing and full of books. It is our desire to see children in the outskirts of our cities have free access to books. We now have 18 little libraries strategically positioned throughout our County.
