Yesterday was an East Carolina snow day! We only get a good snow here maybe once a year but a solid 3 inches yesterday allowed our team to get out and play in the snow. The BHU even had a mini snow man building contest.

This weekend we had our med/psych Christmas get together at PD Dr. Lang’s house. It was a great time with food, games and stories and we thank Dr. Lang for getting us together before we all head out on Christmas vacations.

Since this weekend will be the official opening weekend for all of NC ski resorts figured it was a great time to show you another great thing to do here when you’re a resident with ECU Med/Psych. Each year a few of us head to the slopes. Our second year resident Melody Santos tried the night skiing and our 4th year resident Karim Hebishi got to ski for the first time here.

Part 5 of our things to do in Greenville we are covering the local NC state historic sites. Eastern North Carolina has a storied history with one of the first US settlements at Roanoke, pirates with the home of black bears and a large civil war history with numerous battlefields
